In the future, the parking and storage on the left side will be replaced by the complex of 3 bedrooms house and 4 bedrooms house, running alongside the Toe Lane street. Looking at its other side, factory also will be widened and transformed into the parking area and apartment, simultaneously.
The centre of this site will experience various changes. The entrance and reception will not be maintained, replaced by the 3 houses with 2 bedrooms and the communal gardens will be located half of the yard’s current area, according to the plan.
