The maps depict a proposed plan for an industrial site’s renovation. Overall, the industrial buildings will witness strike transformations from demolishing offices and factories to constructing bedrooms and other accommodation facilities for residents.
To the north of the new housing plan, three two-bedroom houses will be built, compared to the entrance and reception in the current map, accompanied by replacing the yard in the central part with communal gardens. Moreover, private roads will be constructed to engulf the houses so dwellers can access the gardens. To the southeast, a new block, which includes an apartment and a parking area, will be erected replacing for the factory.
To the south, the offices and the canteen will be demolished to make way for the parking garages to the south of the communal gardens. In the redevelopment plan, accommodating locations to the east of Toe Lane with three- and four-bedroom houses will be established to replace the current parking area and the storage.
