The storage is situated in the southwest, whereas the yard is positioned in the central area. There is a location of Toe Lane, Chimney Road, Swallow Street, and Pie Walk bordering this area.
In the future, the roads surrounding the industrial site will still exist, while the parking and the storage will be eliminated to make space for the house having the bedrooms in the west site.
