Overall, the building is expected to experience a host of dramatic changes, the most prominent being the removal of open green spaces, reorganization of workspaces and addition of new amenities.

Currently, the office building is flanked by grass on both sides, but only the western side is accessible via entrance from inside. Besides, four-office of the same size are located on the left of the main entrance, while kitchen, canteen and storeroom houses are situated to the opposite side. Finally, there is a small WC positioned in the corner of the storeroom.

The expected layout facilities undergo significant transformation, with the kitchen and canteen converted into offices, while the storeroom will remain unchanged. Additionally, the current row of offices is restructured into two big offices, with the main entrance positioned between them. Furthermore, the grass area on the left side is likely to be replaced by an outdoor setting area, whereas the opposite side will also be removed to make room for the meeting area next to the office by the main entrance. The coffee machine will install between the storeroom and toilet.
