The two maps illustrate the present layout of the office building and its proposed redesign in the future. Overall, the office building is estimated to experience significant changes while it will remain the rectangular structure of the building, the storeroom and the WC in the following years. Additionally, the design is predicted to expand more offices and decline several rooms which will make the building become more spacious.
Regarding the current layout of the office building, the kitchen, canteen and storeroom are located in the north of the office when two grassy areas are situated on both sides of the building. The small WC is placed in the upper right corner between the storeroom and the east grass while the west grass contains a little entrance near the kitchen. In the South, there are four small office rooms that are arranged consecutively together and the large entrance is positioned at the right bottom which is next to the east grass.
In contrast, although the future design will maintain the rectangular structure, it will have large changes, especially the increase of office rooms and the replacement of some spaces. The kitchen and the canteen are going to be replaced with two office rooms while the storeroom will still remain in the following development. Two grassy areas will be transformed into outdoor seating with a little entry in the West and the meeting area in the East which will provide some chairs along both sides on the lower corners. The Coffee machine will be added right next to the storeroom and the small WC will be moved to the upper corner in the East of the building. Additionally, four office rooms will be combined into two large spaces and the entrance will be positioned in the middle of the two office rooms.
