In general, noticeable changes will be made arrangement of this venue over the period shown. Notably the main modifications will involve the relocation and addition of many facilities.
Analyzing the two maps in greater detail, at present, the conference center is situated within a rectangular area with a driveway connecting the road in the south to the car park in the east. In the future, the driveway and entrance of the park will be removed for the purpose of building two separate entrances on the south side, facing the road. Additionally, the car park will be also narrow for expanding the nearby gardens right above.
Regarding the remaining facilities, the hall in the middle will be reduced in size to make way for a cafe and a kitchen. Moving to the west, the two meeting rooms will be rebuilt into three smaller meeting rooms. Finally, the cafe in the south, facing the road will be turned into the fitness room, while the toilet and the reception to the left will be in the same place.
