Overall, the area is predicted to undergo significant changes. These include the removal of part of the woodland to make way for new housing areas and parkland, transforming the place into a more populated estate.
In the present layout, the estate is mainly dominated by woodland, with a total of 6000 trees covering the place. There is one horizontal main road in the north of the area, which connects with a U-shaped private road. In addition, several four-bedroom houses are situated along this private road.
However, in the future redesign, only 250 trees right below the main road will be kept, while the other trees will be cut down to facilitate the introduction of a new Y-shaped private road. Tennis courts are anticipated to be constructed to the right of this road, while a lake and a parkland will be put to the left. A flower garden, which is surrounded by the private road and one, two, three-bedroom houses will also be grown in the southern part of the map. Another parklands are projected to be located below this housing area and to the southeast of the tennis courts.
