The maps highlight the key developments that have taken place in a public park over a thirty year period between 1990 and 2020.
Overall, the most noticeable thing is age downsizing of the flower garden and the replacement of the toilet. The central park was completely modernized during the time period.
To begin ,the entrance to the park had been relocated from the southern side to the western side. The telephone booth was replaced with a new cafe. In addition to this, the flower garden that took up most of the Central Park made way for a stage for programs and a museum of local history. Futhermore, there was a change in the location of the toilet; it had been shifted from the northeastern side to the southwestern side.
Regarding the Krishna temple on the west side of the park., the koi pond on the eastern corner and the Buddha statue, which is located in the middle, remained unchanged. However, the children’s play area had been reduced in size.
