The given maps depict the development that took place in a public park between 1990 and 2020. Overall, it can be seen that the functionality of the park was improved, and several things were added.
In 1990, the Central Park used to be quite simple, with the Buddha statue in the center. The flower garden was there on the north side of the park, taking up a massive space. Near the garden was built the Krishna temple on the north-west side and the toilet was located on the north-east side of the park. Towards the temple, there was a children’s play area. At the bottom of the area near the entrance, a telephone booth and two shops were located, and towards the east was a koi pond.
The second map shows that Central Park has undergone a series of changes through the years. The entrance was relocated to the east side of the park, and the toilet was replaced in the south-west corner, while in the north-east corner the Museum of Local History was built. Notable changes were made at the bottom of the park, where a telephone booth and one shop were removed, and a cafe was built. Another interesting change is the reduction in the size of the garden to build a new stage for programs nearby.
