The two maps compare how the industrial area was in 2000 and how it was after the redevelopment in 2020.

Overall, the area underwent significant changes, as it was transformed from a purely industrial zone into a more residential and recreational space with increased greenery and community facilities.

In detail, in 2000 the road ran from the centre of area dividing it into two parts. However, the bottom of idustrial area was used as a car parking, the upperside of the area was used for other purposes. The upper side of industrial area had three main buildings, a factory, a warehouse, and an offices building.

In 2020, After the development the road at the centre was named as Traffic calmed street lined with trees on both sides. In addition, the car park area was converted in to green park and playground. The top of industrial area was demolished and replaced with flats and community centre in 2020.
