The schematic diagrams illustrate a factory region in the city of Norbiton and draw up a plan of future development of the site.
From an overall perspective, it can be clearly seen that the current industrial area is plotted and schemed to transform into accommodation with other amenities.
North,West and South West direction and a path extends furthermore towards east and ends at a building of factory which of two blocks on either sides. River is situated in North and beyond it there is farmland.
As for the redevelopment of the area, beyond the river some part of farmland will be transformed into houses connected by bridge from the traffic circle. The extended path towards east from rotary will lead to school and on the west of path , a playground will be constructed with houses on each side of the path. After that, shops and medical centre, will be opened on the southwest and southeast of the roundabout respectively. A change will be made as additional path will be extended from rotary onto northwest direction houses will be constructed. Finally, a major change will be done where a second road junction will be made just below the first one
