Overall, industrial area is located on the North of river and farmland, and on the left of town . In the center of map is circle and road on East with numerous factories, roundabout way also connected with main road on the South.

At first glance, builders are going to change a lot of constructions and buildings. For instance, the farmland will be on the North-East, instead of previous location, where will be houses for population. Furthermore the quantity of factories will decrease due to new establishments, such as medical center, shops, playground and school.

On the other hand, architects will create new circle way on the South of first one for reduce traffic jams. Likewise, on the center of river will built the new bridge for connection with farmland and living space. Moreover, the new road will be on the North-West of the larger roundabout way leading to the factory.
