The maps illustrate the current setup of the Norbition industrial area and how it will appear following a planned transformation. Overall, the area will experience an overhaul, changing from industrial to residential. Additionally, a number of amenities are due to be built, along with new roads in the future.
At present, there is a river situated to the north of the town, at the bottom of a farmland. In the center of the town, there is a circular road with two branches, one running to the east and the other to the south, surrounded by a host of factories.
Following the renovations, new roads will be built, one running to the northeast and the other passing the river and ending at the bottom of a new house that will be constructed on the farmland. Meanwhile, factories will be demolished to allow for the construction of housing. There are also plans to build shops and a medical center to the southwest and southeast of the roundabout, respectively. Moreover, a school and a playground will be constructed to the east and northeast
