Currently, the industrial area is located in the east of the town where it is in between a river and a straight road that is going from west to east. Farmland is also present beyond the river, which is at the north of the industrial field. The industrial space consists of a roundabout in the middle with some factories surrounding it, as a result, only provides space for a road going to the east where more factories are located.
In the future, the factories will be demolished and housing and several facilities will be built. A roundabout is going to be built below the old traffic circle, where shops and a medical centre will be constructed between those circles. More road infrastructures will be added, one going north across the river while another going northwest, with housing all around this newly built area. A Playground and school are also present at the west of the roundabout.
