In 2000, the western side of space was mainly green field that contained country house and woods. As for 2015, the town witnessed substantial developments in this side with being introduced hotel, flats, tennis court and playground. These modernisations are for supplying residents with new aminities. Adittionally, restaurants were constructed just below the playground and shop with cafes remained unchanged in its own position.
