Looking from an overall perspective, it is readily apparent that this area will experience a number of modifications, most important of which include the conversion of industrial facilities into residential facilities.
There is an entrance and reception area located by the main road in the northern part of the industrial area; however, this will be replaced by a complex comprising three 2-bedroom houses and several communal gardens. At the same time, the factory facing the road, which is currently situated in the east of the industrial area, is projected to be converted into a parking area and a block containing a number of apartments.
There will also be an expansion and construction of parking garages, where there are six offices and a canteen at the present time. Meanwhile, the area used for packing and storage is on the left of the industrial zone, in which it is proposed to be merged and demolished to become two houses, which consist of 3 bedrooms and 4 bedrooms respectively.
