In 1970, Riverside Town was relatively undeveloped with a large proportion of land the east remaining unused.The central business district was already established near the river, surrounded mainly by a recreation area to the south. However, by 2009, the town had been renovated. Instead of underdeveloped area, luxury residential housing area and airport to be substituted, on the riverbank. The central business district expanded around three times, reaching to the edge of the river.
The urbanization of the town continued, building a new residential housing area between the old residential housing place and the central region,where was unused in the past. It is important that high-speed area marked the corner of residential housing zone, the half of central sector and the edge of golf course building.
