The map gives information about how Huntingdon will change in the future. Overall, Huntingdon will experience a host of changes with the most noticeable being the development of infrastructure and the appearance / construction of an industrial zone.
At present, the town center of Huntingdon is surrounded by Ring Road which is separated from the built-up area including homes, shops and other utilities. In addition, the Ring Road is directly connected to A1 Road by Brampton Road. There is an airfield which is on the top of A1 road and through the roundabout on the North side. Moreover, the A14 highway starts from the southwest to the northwest of the map and across the city. There is also a railway located to the West and running to the North of Huntington. Finally, the railway station is established in the Brampton road underpass.
In future, the area for town center and built- up remain the same as now. Beside that, almost all the route will be reconstructed in the future. The A14 will be expanded and divided into two new roads that link to Ring road and A1 in Southeast. Noticeably, the roundabout will be created to connect all the roads in the city together and run around Huntingdon. Not only that, there will be new railways which splitted into small lines. Finally, the airfield will be replaced by the industrial estate.
