The maps illustrate the alterations of a library from 1975 to the present.
Overall, the library has undergone significant changes to enhance its multi-purpose use, with the addition of conveniences such as a cafe and a study area. Additionally, certain additions and removals to the library may be noticeable.
Looking at the unchanged sections, the toilet has been between the bookshelves located in the southwest and the children’s book area, which has been on the southeast of the building. The stairs leading to the main entrance to the library have been on the north side of the building to the present day.
Regarding the altered areas, the center of the library has experienced various reforms. The old bookshelves, which were in the west of the library, have been removed to be replaced with a coffee area, a sofa, and the new books area relocated from the northeast for drinking and reading purposes. Furthermore, the library has had a study area beside the reorganized area. Near the entrance, the library has not contained the computers in the northwest of the building.
