The diagram compares a current ground floor plan of an art gallery with the one from the year 2015.
Overall, the most prominent changes occured to the left from the main entrance alonside with several added facilities for disabled people and children such as a lift, a wheelchair ramp, and a children’s room.
The most notable change is the interactive children’s area right by the main entrance jointly followed by a temporary exibition. Both rooms were not present in 2015 and basically replaced exibition room 4.
Moving further from the entrance, gallery office was dismantled to give way for vending machines, which allowed to repurpose the room previously occupied by cafe and shop into a gallery shop of a more modest size. Thanks to the added capacity, now there is an elevator by the stairs that was not featured before.
Lastly, a ramp for wheelchairs was erected by the entrance on the left from the stairs, and corridors were made wider by shrinking marginally the receptionist office in the middle of the floor.
