The map on the left describes the layout of Lakeview Apartment at the moment. Currently, they are planning to develop the apartment. The right map indicates on how they will change the layout of the area by the year 2030.
The layout of the Lakeview Apartment now is simple. There are 4 block of apartments in the middle surounded by trees on the corner left side. From the gate to the left, you can find a community center. It is right in front of the block C apartment. The lake is located on the east side of the area where you can also find the seating area right before the lake.
By 2030, they will add one more gate to the Lakeview Apartment. One for a way in and one for a way out. Right in the middle of the two new gates, they are planning to put a supermarket that people could access from the outside and the inside of Lakeview Apartment. One of the most recgonizeable change we can found is the courtyard that will be placed right in the middle of the 4 blocks of apartment. Another upgrade they are planning is to build a family gym on the west side of the area right next to block C. A kids game center will also be considered just across the family gym where children can hangout and play. The lake will remain the same as well as the seating area of the lake. Unfortunately, they are going to close down the community center of Lakeview Aapartment.
