In more detail, there have been significant changes on the upper side of the layout such as in the past there were nothing but small houses, – however nowadays the city was modernized and became more accessible like was built an enormous hotel with a golf course and much entertainment, where the population of tourists increased. In addition, from 1990 to today the fishing port was replaced with a marina port.
The majority of houses were relocated from the north part to the south, where there was farmland, but nowadays it is a residential area. Moreover, in the past it was just a simple road, but at present it has increased in size, that is the highway. Finally, the city significantly changed from a simple seaside to a popular town for many tourists.
