The diagrammatic map represents the seaside town of seabridge in the year 1990 and present development of the plan. Physical features include fishing port,farmland,road, main road,golf course,residential area ,hotel, and highway.
Overall, the fishing port redeveloped into a marina in the same area and introduced ships to the sea. The road extends into a 4 way line into the highway at the south-east side.
Initially, In the 1990 first map the fishing port located at the north near the sea had less ships in the sea and before the fishing port houses were constructed at certain areas and more houses were found in the east-west direction of the map. There is a main road which passes through the center of the land and connects to the road in the east direction. Followed by, In the present development plan, the fishing port is redesigned into the marina and placed many ships in the port. Beside the marina port, designed a golf course in a small area in the south direction near to the main road. At present in the residential area a few houses were constructed in the south and two houses in the west ,one in the east . Road is expanded in to highway at east of the map and main road remains constant in the same location in the center of the golf course and residential area.
