There are two maps of town of Summerville and provides the information about the changes made duringa period of half a century from 1960 to 2010.
BurnsRiver is the major river of the town which separetes the town in two equal parts, where in the year 1960, the Northeast part of the town is well facilated with train station, a post office and few trees as the major change is made in the year 2010 by constructing new accomodation facilities and roads which connects to the Southeast corner of the town, through the BurnsRiver as on that part there is no such facilities available there were only few animals and a Crystal lake but on the later year 2010, new school and houses are constructed in place of livestock animals and a road is made which adjoints school to the SamsBridge road.
However, no such changes were made in the Southwest side of the town but new road was constructed which passes through the river and joints towards Northwest part of the town. As at that side the portion is covered with dense Greenwood forest in the year 1960, while in the year 2010 the livestock animals are moved to that part of the town from the South east part of the town.
