overall, it is clear that the present plan requires a considerable amount of changes in the present north avenue layout. These changes are mostly centered on the construction of new facilities to provide better connectively to the residents.
The present design have an two carpark at the left and right side part of the avenue. which was connected with a high street abd smith street roads. however, cinema hall situated from the middle part side. followed by a significant changes with ielts and writing corner which is connected to present facilities as well as, to another some facilities there are no huge changes than future avenue such as to exhibition, council officers, town hall, shopping centre and library.
on the other hand, future design have an two facilities available about that cafe and hotel ,restaurant there is a new contruct the proposed plan that connects the left and right side with high street and smith street roads. in contrast, council offices, underground library, town hall, underground car park, shopping centre and exhibition the proposed plamn will change the north avenue significantly by setting up a new areas industrial estate place and connecting crucial parts of the avenue with new facilities.
