Overall, it is clear that the college will become more scientific and modern with the addition of new building and reconstruction of old ones.

Looking first at the current layout, administrative offices and car park are located in the northwest side of the college and large sports fields on the southwest. The college also consists of ten teaching areas which are divided with the corridor that leads to staff room. In addition to that eastern part of the college has a woodland.

According to the plan, the car park near the administrative office will be replaced by cafe and library and also sports hall is planned to be built next to the sports fields. The central area also will be expanded with the construction of two new teaching areas. Moreover, staff room will be increased in size. The major changes will be planned to be in the eastern part of the college. The construction of new three labs and the computer room will be introduced.
