Looking from an overall perspective, it is clearly apparent that this area will experience a number of modifications, most important of which include the appearance of recreational facilities and the removal of green fields.
The grass, which locate in the west of this area, will convert into two parts including 3 row of chairs and an outdoor seating area. There are four office rooms on the bottom of this area and an entrance next to it, however they will group into two large office rooms, before being devide equally on both sides, then the main entrance will convert into the middle of them.
There was a kitchen, a canteen in the north of this map in the past, was replaced by two office rooms while the showroom still remains. Next, the grass field to the right-hand conner was removed, where many recreational facilities will add including a coffee machine, meeting area and 2 row of seats. Futhermore, the WCs in the northeast of this area, will upgeade in size and rearrange to the side of the showroom.
