Today, the building have many similar facilities. There are two main entrances, first for the hall at south and second for grassland, which is situated at west. Grass fields are situated separately on both sides of the building, and the southern part is filled with four office rooms. At the top of the map featured kitchen, canteen and storeroom next to each other, and the WCs are located in the corner between storeroom and grassland.
The redevelopment includes great changes mainly in office rooms and glass fields. Firstly, the grasslands will become a place for interactions. Outdoor sitting area and numerous chairs are expected to be in the west and meeting area, coffee machine and WCs in the east. Kitchen and canteen will be replaced with two office rooms and the entrance to the hall will be moved to the center. However, the storeroom will not be changed or displaced.
