At present, the shopping mall includes a supermarket near the entrance, a cafe and noodle shop in the left-hand side, and a play area. There is also a cinema and a department store in the right-hand side. Outside, a golf course and a park are located in the east, while a fitness centre is found in the south-east. The car park is in the south-west corner.
In the planned development, the layout will change significantly. The play area, cafe, noodle shop and cinema will be replaced by a beauty salon, shoe store, cosmetics store and gift shop. An information centre will also be added next to the entrance. The supermarket remains in the same position, but new fashion stores will be built in the centre. The department store stays on the right side, and there will be an extra entrance to the east. The fitness centre, golf course and park will disappear, while the car park will continue to be in the south-west.
In summary, the new design will transform the mall from a mix of leisure and shopping into a modern shopping-focused complex with more variety of stores.
