The two maps compare the current layout of a shopping mall as it is now and the plan for its future development.
Overall, the shopping center is expected to become more modern and commercialized, with more new facilities for customers. The biggest change for this shopping area in the future is the remove of golf course and park.
At present, the shopping mall is relatively small and simple. The place for shpping just occupied two thirds of this map, golf course and park make up the rest. There is only one entrance above the small car park, which is next to the fitness centre. To the east of the entrance, supermarket, the restroom and quite small department store, and four more facilities.
In the propose plan, the shopping mall will be expanded and modernized. The golf and park area will be remove to expand the shopping place. Also, there will be more facilities by remove the old one, such as remove all cinemas, noodles shop or play area to new five shops. The cafe will change to an info centre, too. The car park will be bigger for serving the bigger number of customer.
