The maps illustrate the layout of an island in 1990 and the present day.
Overall, the island has undergone an extensive development, with several recreational facilities being constructed, as well as transportation access. Both the trees and the beach have been retained throughout the years.
In 1990, the island was completely uninhabited with no tourist amenities available. The island consisted of only trees which were scattered throughout the island, and the beach located in the western side.
At present, the island has been developed significantly as a tourist resort. A reception building has been constructed on the central region, and a restaurant occupies to the north of this building. Additionally, two complex of huts have been added on the western and the eastern regions of the island. A swimming pool and a cafe have also been built between the reception and the eastern accommodation. Further construction has also taken place in the southern coastline, with a pier being added to accommodate the boats. The beach in the west has remained unchanged, and now been functioned as a swimming area. Moreover, all of these facilities are connected by the footpaths. The green areas have been preserved over the period.
