Overall, it is noticeable that there have been considerable developments made in city, by the construction of dam and lake. Moreover, the population is seen to be expanded over the years.

According to the details, the residents has been observed to be increased by 10 fold from 20,000 to 2,00,000. Despite the residential area was witnessed only in the north east and west in 1950, now it is also constructed in the south east and west of the town. Surprisingly, the airport is made larger, then earlier it was.
