The given maps illustrate the modifications that were made from 1950 until now.

At first glance, it is clearly seen that the town has experienced significant changes in all areas. The major development is the small river has been converted to lake. In addition, residential area which was located at north centre of the city has been extended to almost all parts of the city.

In 1950, the business district which was situated at north center of the map has been expanded, covering east, south, west and northern parts of the city. It is clear that the government building and the bridge were occupying the central part of the city, the bridge helps the residents to access other parts of the city.

The present town which currently contains a population of 200,000 as a result of expansion shows different types of amenities. Moreover, there is an addition of one more government building at the bottom center of the new map. The airport that is situated at the southeast part of the city was enlarged, and also a dam was added in proximity to airport in the current picture.
