Overall, it is obviously seen that Portview saw a spectacular developments between 1990 and 2010.
In 1990, an enormous farmland was located in the west of Portview town. There was a swimming pool situated in the south-east of the huge farmland, which the north side was a shopping mall located adjacent to the tremendous farmland in the west. There also were a golf course and resort in the north-west and north of shoppingmall respectively. On the east side, there was Elvin street acrossing the town, and Waterfront street intersected at the middle of Elvin street. At the intersection there were a cafe and shops along sides. The pier also located at the north-east of the shops, and the sea was in the east of town.
In 2010, golf course was expanded to the westside, while the huge farmland was changed to park area surrounded by trees and tiny waterhole. Swimming pool was also modified to a modernized swimming pool area which was moved to the south-east of town. Furthermore, the mall was developed to a novel shopping complex, which the establishment of foot path added crossing the park. Similarity, the resort was establised to a 5-star accomodication. Moreover, Elvin street was a little move to the east side, which the new car park was established in the north. There were a northside and southside peer was expanded, which more shops were added along waterfront street. Besides, the cafe was relocated to the south of the town.
