Overall, the district has experienced modernization, with new residential, religious, transport, and commercial facilities introduced. Another interesting point is that population grew significantly.
The most notable development is an erection of big airport in the southern-east of area. In this place used to be green zone – park, but trees were сut down. The road with access to the airport was constructed. The grain elevator in northeast was expanded, due to more request. A new park was added along the church, which remained unchanged.
As population rose from 12,000 in 1985 to 18,000 at present a new Residential Area 3 has been established to the west of Residential Area 1, likely to accommodate the increased population. A parking lot has been added next to the supermarket, which has remained unchanged in terms of location, however was extended in size. Two residentional areas and factories stayed without any change.
