The map outlines layouts of the Liverton habour in the year of 1980 alongside a comparison with the nowadays version of the habour.
Overall, the most prominent change that had been made is the reconfiguration of the industrial area, together with the installment of new facilities all over the map.
Above the river, both of the cranes had been demolished, a sailing club is then built right at where the first crane once stood. Warehouses on the northern part was re-purposed, with the first one on the left had been changed to an education centre, while the second one was replaced with a kid’s playground, making it easier for children to live in this place. In front of the playground is a newly built bridge, which also came with a flood barrier.
On the lower half of the map, a completely new river walk was installed along with apartments blocks on the very same place of the third warehouse in the 1980. Parking lot had also been introduced to the riverside, to the left of the apartments area, which leads to the coastal area. The third crane, on the other hand, was replaced with a hotel, accommodate the tourism industry of Liverton. The ships once roam the river had disappeared, leaving the place for a Ship Museam which also affect the visiting value of the harbour.
