Overall, the area has transformed from an active zone with a various of ship to an entertainment place. Most remarkable change is all the building have been replaced from storing purposes to leisure purposes.

Regarding the northern part of the docks, in 1980, there was a pair of warehouses and cranes which built alternate from left to right. However, nowadays, two warehouses have been reconstructed to education center and kid’s playground. In the middle of these building, the sailing club is builded recently, replace the posittion of old crane.

Referring to the southern side of the docks, while there was a significant change, the way to the coast is unchanged from 1980 to nowadays. To be more specific, the old crane have been replaced to a hotel while the position of the warehouse is a new apartment with new parking area, lay in the right side of the it.
