The maps demonstrate the modernisation of a small village from 1995 to the present.
As for the map in 1995, it could be roughly divided into 3 parts, with housing on the northwest of the map and rural areas which was to the east of the houses. The coast was beneath them, with a fishing port established in the middle. Beneath the farmland was a forest park, which was not yet developed. We can also notice a small commercial area in the middle, with a crossroad separating the fish market and cafe from hotel and shops.
In prior to the present, the village has faced a complete urbanisation. The most striking alternation is to the countryside, the farmland is converted into a gold course, with the forest park demolished. Tennis courts are constructed in the south of it. Residential area is enlarged to accommodate more people, with a few houses relocated to the south of the layout, which is used to replace the fish market. Shops are replaced with restaurants and a car park is built adjacent to the hotel to ease the traffic. The fishing port is removed.
Overall, the remote region is converted into venues for entertainment, and the accommodation site is enlarged. Fishing industry is completely removed from the village with the abolition of fish market and fishing port.
