In 1930, to the east of town there was large houses with gardens .However, large houses and garden were converted to make room for retirement houses and same experienced can be clear with garden which were located next to large houses were converted into several house blocks .In addition, farmland which was located in the north of town were removed and replaced into houses.Primary school was introduced.
