Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter to report the problems we are encountering due to the unavailability of parking spaces in the office building.

Due to space limitations, we often have to park our vehicles outside the gate at our own risk. This has led to an increased number of thefts. Additionally, we have also observed that many employees, who left their vehicles in no-parking areas were fined by the police.

An ideal solution to this problem would be to open up the unused area of the building for parking. Since it could take some time to organize the place, another proposal would be to lease a nearby parking lot.

Being able to leave their vehicles in a guarded area either within the office premises or at a walkable distance would relieve a lot of employees. They would no longer have to worry about their vehicles and can focus more on their work. In fact, being at ease could certainly help increase their productivity.
