Dear Manager,
I am writing to bring to your attention the absence of parking facilities for employees at our office. As a member of the production team, which I have been a part of since last week, I have noticed this issue is affecting many of us.
Currently, our office does not provide any parking spaces. This situation forces many of us to rely on public transportation, which takes over an hour for most employees. If we could use our personal vehicles, we would significantly reduce our commuting time. However, the lack of parking makes this impractical.
I would like to suggest that we address this issue by requesting the infrastructure team to build an on-site parking area. Alternatively, we could consider renting a nearby parking facility exclusively for our employees. If these solutions are deemed too costly or unfeasible, perhaps we could implement a temporary work-from-home arrangement until a permanent solution is found.
Having on-site or nearby parking would greatly benefit our team by increasing productivity and improving morale. Employees would be less stressed and more motivated, knowing they do not have to endure long commutes.
Thank you for considering this matter. I look forward to your response.
Yours sincerely,
Lois
