Band 6+: The office building where you work doesn't have any parking spaces available for employees. Write a letter to your manager. In your letter -explain the problem - suggest a solution - say how on-site or nearby parking would benefit employees.

Dear Manager,

I am writing this letter to enlighten you on a problem we are facing daily due to the unavailability of any parking facility in our office building.

Majority of the staff commuting with their own vehicles that demands a larger space for parking. In the contrary, we have no spaces as such in our premises. Thus, we need to park in a private public parking place. We sometimes get late in the office due to a long walk to the office being this parking site far away from office. Especially, in rainy days. Additionally, some days it is difficult to find free space even to park our vehicle despite of hefty charges.

I would like to share some suggestion we can mitigate this problem. First and foremost, on-site parking will be of a great use. Secondly, we can take membership of Private parking site which nearest to our office. This way punctuality will be continued. On top of that, those who avoid own vehicles due to above-mentioned reason will made their mind to use their own vehicle and show up on time.
