The chart below depicts the proportion of young people at a university in 2000 and 2007.
It is clear that, in 2000 Finland recorded the highest figures while Italy experienced the lowest figures. In
2007 Poland was at the highest points; however, Spain was at the minimum point.
In detail, in 2000, Italy was at the minimum proportion which was 38 percentage while in 2007, it increased to 52 percentage. Spain in 2000, it was 46 percent comparing with 2007, 5 percent declined in it. UK in 2000 it experienced 46 percentage however, after seven years, it peaked to 54 percentage.
Poland in 2000 it hit the low percentage which was 64 percentage however, in 2007, it hit the highest percentage which was 78 percentage. Norway in 2000 and in 2007 there was only a difference of 1 percentage which was 66 percentage in 2000, while in 2007, it was 65 percentage. Comparing Finland in 2000, and in 2007, it remained at the same percentage which was 70 percentage.
