First of all,in 2005 of hotel’s customer service is quite equal.That’s why i can say with equal because negative view and positive view are not really different.There’re 100 guests and 45% of guests are mentioned that service is almost excellent one.On the other hand , the servey was really poor. Additionally, In 2010 ,there was unbeliveable result of serveys.Their work and effort are really highlighted in their behind history.Because of the result of 2010 is highly review of excellent choices.The recomendation are highly increase more than 2005.However, there is negative view as well cause of 4 and 12% are unlike that service one.
Overall,it can be seen that hotel was more carefull of their customers than hotel’s incomes.As a result , their effort are work and they also need to build up of that bad review customers’s serveys.
