First of all, most individuals would use their time effectively and significantly on working, socializing and studying accounted for 61%. Sleep stand second in this proportion with approximately 32%.In contrast, a small amount belongs to working out and other health and fitness with 3% and 4% respectively.
Regarding to the bar graph, men ages between 18-24 do more exercise to almost 13 hours per week. However, those who are around 40-54, visit clubs 5 hours below the former one. Boys who are under 18, do use a 10 hour of their week for health and fitness, while girls do 8 hours. Moreover, women aged around 25-39 have spent more hours in fitness clubs than men in the same group, with 13 and 11 hours, respectively. Furthermore, men aged between 40-54 do exercise 2 hours less than women in those ages.
Those who are above 55, have gone through exercise in similar time as their opponents in other sex, with almost 9 hours in week.
