The pie charts provide a good deal of information on three varied sections such as carbohydrates, protein, and fat in various diets.
As can be seen from the charts, each of them is related to a different category that contains average diet, healthy diet, and healthy diet for sport. Based on the overall data, sportspeople and people who get a healthy diet need as many carbohydrates as other sections, while protein and carbohydrates are eaten as the same percentage in the average diet, at 40%.
Generally, the proportion of fat is the lowest part in all types of diet, containing 20% in the average and healthy diet, whereas athletes use significantly less of it, at 15%.
Additionally, the second part illustrates protein, as it was mentioned previously, the figure of it is the highest in the average diet and the lowest in the healthy diet for sport. Moreover, the third part is related to protein, where the amount of it is more than half of the whole fields in the athlete and healthy diets that contain 60% and 50% respectively.
