The pie chart illustrates the distribution of water consumption in a country between 1998 and 2008.

To begin with, while the vast majority of water consumption was spent on washing, the lowest numbers went to the kitchen in 1998. In 1998, washing dedicated one fourth to itself. Then people used 22% and 20%, respectively, for gardening and the bathroom. Moreover, 18% of individual usage was devoted to the toilet. Finally, the percentage of water consumption in the kitchen was 15%.

Turning to 2008, the amount of water which had been used for the kitchen had the minimum range; in 2008, it had noticeably risen to 29%. Also, the water which was utilized for gardening and toilets declined, respectively, to 7% and 14% in 2008. The washing factor had a small decline to 22% in 1998.
