Four pie charts compare the sources which are associated with electricity production in four specific countries in 5 years (2003-2008). Overall, we can easily witnessssee the prevalence of hydropower and fossil fuels which were almost utilized in all nations, nuclear power is scarce in making electricity in some countries, except Sweden.
Hydropower was the most widespread source, especially in Morocco, where a the majority of electricity production was made from hydropower, reaching 96% overall. Similarly, at a much lower proportion (52%), Sweden manufacturers preferred using hydropower to make electricity over another source, while in the two last countries, this source experienced a high demand of utilization, constituting a little more than a half in Vietnam and 15% in India.
Regarding fossil fuels, more than half of electricity production in Vietnam was made by this source, meanwhile, it significantly dominated the Indian electricity industry with a contribution of more than 80%. The reverse was true in Sweden and Morocco, where fossil fuels are not the priority source in making electricity, reaching a much lower percentage compared to Asian countries.
In Sweden, the second ubiquitous???? source was nuclear power which accounted for 44% overall, differently in India, which experienced ten times lower percentages. Lastly, Morocco and Vietnam were not interested in using nuclear power to make electricity.
