Overall, it is true that the figure for users who access Facebook was the highest data, all of the age groups of users witnessed an upward trend on their favorite social media channel, accepting Facebook.
Fron the year 2011, the proportion of users searching Facebook was the highest figure, at 59%, and accounted the half of the chart, compared to 21% and 10% of Twitter and LinkedIn respectively. Only 5% belonged to the percentage of people using Google and Pinterest and there was the lowest data in the period.
From 2012 to 2013, it can be seen that the percentage of people who use Facebook had a downward trend, from 49% down to 38% in 2013. The figure for people who used Twitter and LinkedIn increased slightly by roughly 3%. There was a slight rise of 4% in the percentage of users in 2013, the proportion of people who used Pinterest as a favorite social media was the lowest data, at 8% in the final year.
