In other words, the percentage of different sections have changed because of modernizations of the world and the change of humans need in terms of food, accommodation and transportation.
Overall, housing is the highest part of expense for households in 1950, while in 2010 food and transportation sectors have been sharp increase than the past decades. Moreover, the food sector has replaced the main expense for households instead of the housing sector in 2010.
In 1950, the major part of family expenses is for housing which means about three -quarters of the chart is related to this section. After that, Food sector is the second household expense with about 11 percent. Moreover, education made up around 6 percent of the chart that this percentage illustrates government support families that can afford expenses of education. In other words, with this activity many children can go to school, and they can become literate. Finally, others section such as insurance and entertainment, transportation and heath care respectively made up the chart.
In 2010, the food sector has increased approximately 23, whereas expenses of accommodation have sharply decreased. Moreover, other sector has grown due to modernization of the world. For example, types of insurance services are developed which families need such as automobile, home, accident and fire insurance. Therefore, households need to pay more additional expenses than the past. Expenditure on transportation has increased roughly 10 percent, but expenses of education have not significantly changed than past. However, the health care section has grown about two percent since 1950.
